In addition to the monthly fee we have a standard competitive charge for finding and arranging new tenants – this includes advertising costs, accompanied viewings, inventory preparation and legal documentation. In our experience, many tenants may stay at a property for many years, so this is not necessarily a regular charge. If tenants are in place when we first take over management of the property a nominal fee is charged for the preparation of all relevant documentation.

We do not charge per letter or any other small charges which would otherwise add up.

Our selection is based upon renting properties as efficiently as possible for the area while maintaining the most cost effective solution overall for our customers.

Our software based telephone systems are setup to take bookings even when our office is not staffed – this approach increases the number of applicants who apply to see the properties and increases the speed at which we find the right tenants for your property.
